What do I call you?

You might’ve noticed that I don’t include my name on my blog – if you need to call me something, Dear Decorator’s Notebook is fine!

Can I advertise on Decorator’s Notebook?

No, sorry. At the moment Decorator’s Notebook isn’t self-hosted so can’t display adverts.

I’m a PR/shop/designer – will you write about my client/business/product?

I am happy to receive information/press releases by email if you have a story or product that is genuinely relevant to Decorator’s Notebook. If it appeals to me and I believe others will like it too I may write about it. Please don’t make things awkward by asking me to make promises for coverage or expecting a favourable review. Everything I write is an honest reflection of my personal opinion and if I ever receive something for free, this will always be done with absolute transparency.

Can I offer something for a reader giveaway?

If you have a lovely product/book/treat you’d like to offer as a giveaway to Decorator’s Notebook readers, please email me and we can chat about it. If it’s something I’d like to win myself I will certainly consider it.

Can I use your pictures on my blog?

Any pictures credited {Decorator’s Notebook} are taken by me and I am happy for you to use them on your own blog provided you credit and link to decoratorsnotebook.wordpress.com. I know you wouldn’t, but of course it goes without saying that you can’t use them for any commercial purpose. I believe very strongly in giving credit where credit’s due and always try to link to the {photographer and source} of all other images on Decorator’s Notebook. However, it’s not always possible to trace images back to the original source so if you see an image here that you own please contact me and I’ll add the credit and link immediately or remove the image at your request. If you’ve drawn inspiration or images from a post I’ve written, a ‘via Decorator’s Notebook’ link in addition to the credited source is always appreciated.
